We’re also thrilled to welcome special guest, Richard Golinowski, Vice President and Airport Manager at Washington Dulles International Airport.  Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is the FIRST airport named a BWC Best Site! Mr. Golinowski energized and inspired the audience with insights into the value and impact of commuter benefits!

Mr. Golinowski joined the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority in 1995 as a Government Programs Engineer in the Engineering and Maintenance Department at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. He was selected as the manager of the Resource Support Division in that Department in 1999. From 2006 through 2018, he served as the Manager of the Engineering and Maintenance Department overseeing a staff of over 220 people.  Mr. Golinowski was selected as the Vice President and Airport Manager at Washington Dulles International Airport assuming that role in September 2021. Mr. Golinowski holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Materials Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
